Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to drive departmental objectives by implementing operational plans, managing team performance, and ensuring resources are allocated to meet specific targets. The role focuses on tactical execution with responsibilities centered on achieving measurable outcomes and operational success.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants
Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources and influence outcomes
Identify potential risks when implementing change
Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups
Interpret procedures and processes
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Develop and guide a culture of talent development

Requirements:

6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
3+ years Management or leadership experience
Demonstrated Leadership and Management Skills
PMP certification
Agile methodology experience
Experience with Tableau, Python, and Alteryx
Ability to work independently
Ability to drive, develop, and influence strategy rooted in data
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative
Ability to structure and scope complex problems and develop plans to solve
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Ability to lead projects from inception to execution

Nice to have:

PMP certification
Agile methodology experience
Experience with Tableau, Python, and Alteryx
Ability to work independently
