Job Description:

As part of Citi’s Finance Transformation effort, the FP&A Target State Architecture Initiative is responsible for implementing an integrated and governed end-to-end forecasting approach. The Business Execution Project Management SVP will oversee strategic projects, drive forecasting platform transformation efforts, and manage a high-performing team. The initiative aims at automating processes, improving governance, and advancing forecasting capabilities through technology updates and enhanced controls.

Job Responsibility:

lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all Ruby-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and technology roadmap
provide guidance and oversight on all aspects of Ruby development, implementation, and maintenance
build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of project managers
effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress
lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies
conduct quality assurance throughout the project to ensure deliverables meet required standards
develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for onboarding new models into the Ruby platform

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience, in financial services
excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
working knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (PEARL / RUBY/ SFRM/ Etc.) is a plus
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
knowledge of MS Office skills
Excel, Access, SQL Project, Visio, Power Point, Word
experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
strong presentation development skills with excellent PowerPoint & excel skills
knowledge in Jira, Confluence, PTS, Phyton required
familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies
experience in FP&A or related to business and operational planning and budgeting will be an added advantage

Nice to have:

working knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (PEARL / RUBY/ SFRM/ Etc.)
familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies
