Job Description:

Managerial role in product management group for Wealth and Investment Management Operations at Wells Fargo

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations
Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team
Interpret and develop policies and procedures
Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years Leadership experience
Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning for Europe, Middle East & Africa
Leadership experience for Europe, Middle East & Africa
At least 5 years of people management experience
Certifications like PMP or product management are preferred
Expertise and experience in Product management, product owner and project management domain
In-depth knowledge and working experience in investment management or asset management domains

Nice to have:

Certifications like PMP or product management
At least 5 years of people management experience
