The CIB Business Execution Manager is a critical role within Business Support Services. Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. As the Lead of Information Research and Presentation Design Services team within Business Support Services, you will be responsible for two broad spectrums, information research and presentation designing.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Provide strategic leadership to the team
Manage, coach, and develop team members. Set clear performance objectives, provide feedback, and support their career development
Creating a high‑performing, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Take ownership and drive results in a competitive environment
Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of legal, compliance, and privacy regulations and policies

Influence decision‑making without direct authority across matrixed environments
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years Leadership experience
12-14 years’ experience in leading teams with expertise in research and/or presentation design
Advanced level experience in the following Applications: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
Deep understanding of Financial Services industry, products and services
Strong stakeholder skills and ability influence outcomes
Strong communication skills and experience in navigating through matrix organizations
People Management skills in leading teams and working on building careers
