Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to manage complex teams, engage stakeholders, identify process improvements, and develop policies aligned with business objectives. The role involves supervisory and transformation lead responsibilities for the Quality Review team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating business execution initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources
  • Mentor and guide talent development
  • Perform Supervisory and Transformation Lead role for Quality Review team
  • Program management & Communication
  • Controls / Audit management
  • Lead QR team with scoping of plans, Controls management, Peer reviews, sample check, mailbox monitoring, reporting
  • Communication with business partners
  • Proactive escalation of risks to leadership
  • Assist with high priority issue (HPI) management
  • Develop strategy and roadmap for tool transformation
  • Enhancement of reporting and developing processes
  • Perform gap assessment on quality review governance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • 2+ years Leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of and experience with resiliency tools and reporting
  • Experience with Operational Resiliency Systems like Service Now with BCP modules
  • CBCI or CBCP industry certification from BCI, UK or DRII, USA
  • Experience in business transformation, strategy consulting, or senior operational roles
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools, project management software, and data analysis platforms
  • Experience with change management methodologies and process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

Nice to have:

  • CBCI or CBCP industry certification from BCI, UK or DRII, USA
  • Experience with Operational Resiliency Systems like Service Now with BCP modules
  • Industry-specific transformation experience
  • Familiarity with digital transformation technologies including automation, AI, and cloud platforms
