Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager to manage complex teams, engage stakeholders, drive process improvements, and oversee business operations within the Strategy & Execution function.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations
Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team
Interpret and develop policies and procedures
Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
2+ years Leadership experience
4+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing area
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experience
Experience in Financial Health related banking application
Experience in Web and mainframe testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments
Experience to manage large projects and strategic initiatives
At least 2+ years' experience in leadership and people management
4+ years of in depth knowledge of payment testing, Payment investigations, wire transfers, ACH payments, Real time payments and payment product testing
Advance knowledge of ACI Worldwide projects (MTS), Volante Products (VolPay/EPE, Message Gateway) PEGA/Smart Investigate, SWIFT (MT messages, gateway, FIN, ISO, etc.), Straight Through Processing (STP), Risk Control System (RCS), RGW, Dodd-Frank, Voice Response Unit (VRU), Content Manager
Experience using GMTS or MTS application
Test plan/script development, user acceptance test execution and defect resolution
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge of full application development SDLC (both agile and waterfall)
4+ years of Financial services industry experience

Nice to have:

Experience in Financial Health related banking application
Experience in Web and mainframe testing
