Job Description:

Business Execution Executive for Banking Operations Transformation will lead the delivery of strategic, transformational priorities for Banking Operations within CSBBO. This role provides executive oversight and coordinated transparency across CSBBO Banking Operations transformation efforts, driving execution of the strategic vision and ensuring alignment between high-level objectives and operational realities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead delivery of strategic, transformational priorities for Banking Operations
Articulate unified transformation vision for Banking Operations
Align transformation goals with business strategy
Establish clear roadmap and execute delivery in partnership with key partners
Ensure initiatives are purpose-driven and powered by advanced technologies
Provide executive oversight and coordinated transparency across transformation efforts
Drive execution of strategic vision
Ensure alignment between high-level objectives and operational realities
Modernize Banking Operations capabilities across Cash Management, Check Processing, Print Services, and Case Management
Build and lead high-performing Transformation Office
Leverage advanced technologies to drive transformation
Assess program interdependencies and frame complex decisions
Foster culture of trust, accountability, innovation, and transparency
Deliver executive-level transparency and oversight

Requirements:

8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
4+ years of management experience
Seasoned senior leader with progressive responsibility in leadership positions
Strong customer & digital leadership experience
Operational experience
Demonstrated history of execution
Exceptional business acumen and critical thinking
Proven ability to lead change in large-scaled and complex organization
Experience with cutting-edge technology (GenAI, ML)
Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
Experience building and delivering transformational roadmaps
Expert cutting-edge technical aptitude
Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization
Effective relationship management and influence skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to translate complex technical concepts
Ability to understand operational impacts of technical decisions
Proven change leader with ability to drive multiple work streams
Background and passion for talent development
Roll up your sleeves hands-on leadership style
Demonstrated experience in customer-centric design/journey mapping
Current technology practices (Agile, Cloud Computing/SaaS, Analytics & Data Management)
