Job Description:

Business Execution Consultant for the Consumer Credit Card Furnishing Team within the Consumer Bureau Management Office, responsible for credit bureau furnishing activities across Wells Fargo enterprise to consumer reporting agencies

Job Responsibility:

Execute transformation activities to optimize credit bureau furnishing function
Drive operational excellence in process and procedure standardization
Implement and adhere to self-assurance policies and controls
Provide input to technology roadmaps
Identify continuous improvement process opportunities
Drive efficiency and effectiveness targets
Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Review and research strategies and action plans
Provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Experience in credit bureau reporting across various portfolios and systems of record
2+ years' experience developing relationships with credit reporting agencies
Deep understanding of Metro 2 industry format for credit bureau reporting
Ability to analyze system of record data
2+ years of experience with trade views and verifications
2+ years of experience in procedure creation and standardization
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Knowledge of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures
2+ years of risk management experience
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of consumer lending experience

Nice to have:

Experience with system testing related to credit reporting enhancements
Quality monitoring for credit reporting activities
