Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to participate in various business operations, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide guidance in diverse support functions while collaborating with leadership and executive management.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
work experience, training, military experience, or education equivalent
