Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to participate in business operations, identify process improvements, and ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. The role involves executing daily BAU activities, leveraging KYC/AML protocols, and utilizing data analysis tools to streamline operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Execute and oversee daily BAU activities, including client account openings, screening, transaction processing (wires/checks)
  • Ensure strict adherence to TAT and SLA agreements
  • Leverage expert knowledge of KYC/AML protocols and TAX forms (W9, W8) to support robust client due diligence
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at enhancing process efficiency
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to analyze data and generate actionable MIS
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process optimization, automation, and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Experience in Middle Office client delivery operations
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with KYC/AML processes and/or customer service preferred
  • Strong understanding of TAX forms (W9, W8), FACTA, DACA, Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong business acumen
  • Experience in stakeholder management and leading process improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, and dashboards
  • Ability to present data insights visually (charts, dashboards, infographics)
  • Hands-on expertise with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and automation tools is a plus
  • A demonstrated high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Availability to work the night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
