Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to participate in business operations, identify process improvements, guide risk deliverables, and collaborate with leaders and executive management. The role involves working with corporate banking credit facilities, loan agreements, and ensuring data integrity while supporting various internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Work closely with both internal stakeholders and users to meet their service needs
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience reviewing critical business elements (CBEs) and data fields related to Corporate Banking's outstanding credit facilities
Understanding and validation of different terms and details of various loan agreements (Credit agreements, security agreements, W-9s and Tax Documents, Underwriting Memos, Guarantor Documents, Credit Memos)
Strong MS Office knowledge
Credit background with strong familiarity with legal documents related to credit facilities
Understanding of different elements of a Loan Agreement
Understanding of different credit facilities (Revolving Line of Credit, Term Loan, Swinglines, Letter of Credits, Standby Letter of Credits)
Understanding of the Loan Lifecycle
Experience with Loan SORs and SOOs (Loan IQ, Delta, CORS, Credit View, AFS)
Detailed understanding of an underwriting memo
Awareness and understanding of the financial regulatory environment
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel with ability to develop and comprehend complex functions and macros
Willing to work in mid-shift working hours – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Nice to have:

Experience liaising with US-based teams
Experience maintaining data integrity with internal partners
Experience working with various internal databases for client information tracking and reporting
Experience monitoring and evaluating larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives
Experience documenting quality issues and performance measures for management review
