Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within our Auto Operations Team responsible for training new hires across Auto Operations focused on Customer Service and Collections.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop training materials for new hire and upskill onboarding, including the creation of new materials from scratch and updating existing materials to meet business needs
  • Facilitate training classes both in-person and virtual
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint)
  • 2+ years’ experience facilitating training in a small and large group sessions (in-person & virtually)
  • 2+ years Training Content Development / Procedural Documentation / Procedural Writing experience
  • Proven knowledge in Auto Operations which may include Customer Service and/or Collections
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders to determine the training need
  • Experience creating communications, user guides, and other written training materials
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
  • Technical skills: iNotice, Cars, iTop, ACES/Softphone, iRepo, Imaging Content Management Platform (ICMP), Strategic Reporting Solutions (SRS), SharePoint, Jira, Tableau, and/or NICE/Nexidia
