Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for the Incident Management Team responsible for all incidents that impact Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. The role involves handling incidents using applications like Strong Box and Service Now, participating in business operations, identifying process improvements, and making risk decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations for business performance improvement opportunities
Handle incident reports in Strong Box and Service Now applications
Join Major Incident Management calls to validate decisions
Collect information regarding incidents and validate if alerts need to be sent
Follow up on incidents until required information is obtained
Ensure documentation is updated in systems of record

Requirements:

2+ Years of Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
Good Knowledge of Applications worked in the current/previous business
Must be based out of posted location (Hyderabad/Bangalore)
Ability to work full day overlap with USA timezone (8.30 pm IST – 05.30am IST)
