• Coordinate exam and testing activities
• Participate in assigned and ongoing business operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• 1+ years of Commercial Real Estate domain experience
• 1+ year of managing exam and testing activities
• Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Risk and Compliance policies and programs
• Experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm
• Experience executing complex engagements on topics with clear deliverables and recommendations
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for presentations and reporting
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Understanding of risk and control frameworks, including EBCE testing, RCSA refresh, and issue validation process

Ability to lead meetings and drive consensus throughout the organization
