Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within Corporate Investment Banking Markets team in India that will assist the onshore Markets team with their requirements including Sales/Trading transaction support, Regulatory Reporting, Financials, Metrics, Issues Management and Expense Initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations
identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing
review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes
utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions
collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
provide work directions to less experienced staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)
data gathering, analysis, and presentation
problem-solving skills
business acumen
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
ability to integrate data/financial analysis into streamlined presentations
experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
hands-on experience on Alteryx and Power BI

Nice to have:

knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking
ability to integrate data/financial analysis into presentations
