Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking Business Execution Consultant to join the Business Planning & Operational Support team within the Investment Solutions Center of Excellence. The consultant is responsible for developing the strategy, planning and execution a variety of operational programs, services, and initiatives for the Investment Solutions COE.

Job Responsibility:

Developing strategy, planning and execution of operational programs, services, and initiatives
Centralizing common activities and business routines
Aligning cross departmental teams and creating scalable processes
Consulting, supporting and implementing standards for LOB financial management, operations, recognition and regulatory procedures
Focused on change management and integrating operations across Investment Solutions COE
Developing metrics and tracking performance of programs and initiatives
Ensuring adherence to appropriate policies and regulations
Organizing and executing assigned business projects
Meeting with key stakeholders to perform initial assessment of problematic situations
Formulate recommendations and solutions
Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Review and research strategies and action plans
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Create and present recommendations
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Provide work direction to less experienced staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
1+ year of brokerage or wealth management experience (desired)
Knowledge of Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management line of business (desired)
Management Consulting experience (desired)
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields
CFA, CFP and other related financial industry designations (desired)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Analytical abilities

Nice to have:

Management Consulting experience
