Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Advisor Platform Coaching group within Wealth & Investment Management. The Consultant will provide personalized training and coaching in support of our Advisor and Client platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field regarding Financial Advisor (FA) and Digital Platform tools and applications such as Advisor Gateway, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide phone and email support to assist the Platform Support team in meeting established Service Level Agreements
  • May identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of compliance and business metrics
  • May review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of experience coaching and training in the financial services industry
  • Experience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing: growing a business or portfolio of clients
  • Experience supporting Advisor Gateway, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
