Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant specializing in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development to participate in business operations, identify process improvements, and develop SharePoint solutions while collaborating with various departments and providing guidance to less experienced staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Partner effectively across multiple departments and functions to improve common processes
  • Document complex design requirements for collaboration tools and workflow solutions
  • Assess technology options and ensure requirements are clearly defined against capabilities
  • Adhere to required deadlines and agreed upon timelines
  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions from simple to complex
  • Present innovative ideas that help shape improved experiences and solutions
  • Plan for comprehensive testing and feedback cycle for all developed solutions
  • Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff and leadership
  • Partner with Technology organization to ensure parameters are well understood
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions
  • Work independently to make recommendations by providing support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
  • Development experience in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • SharePoint Migration knowledge from SP2013, SP2016 to SharePoint Online
  • Understanding and working knowledge on SPFx & Dataverse
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 for Enterprise, including Excel, Planner and Teams
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment

Nice to have:

Power Shell and PowerBI knowledge
