Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to participate in planning and implementation of programs, review initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. The position requires 6+ months of relevant experience. Responsibilities include quality assurance support and process improvement for Financial Crimes groups.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management
  • Review initiatives like policy or process changes and technology enhancements
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced staff
  • Execute quality assurance support for Financial Crimes groups
  • Conduct business monitoring, surveillance, and QA activities
  • Promote proactive identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action of deficiencies
  • Maintain QA test scripts and procedure documentation
  • Provide analysis and reporting on QA activities

Requirements:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial crimes, business support, operational risk management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
  • Preferred Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in QA/Compliance/Audit/post transactional testing
  • Strong QA/QC/testing/Audit background
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Experience in executing quality assurance activities
  • Experience evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Proven track records in reporting and MIS
  • Creating and maintaining QA test scripts and procedure documentation
  • Recording and maintaining a centralized inventory of QA activities
  • Facilitate an efficient review process
  • Documenting and writing final reports for QA activities
