Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to support the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Business Support Facilities Team. This team assists lines of business within CIB to ensure space needs are met across the domestic footprint.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Enhance relationships with support partners (e.g. Voice, Technology, Corp. Properties, Location Strategy, HR) to ensure services are executed seamlessly
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Engage regularly with the business to review key items around space and workplace requirements
  • Provide an efficient and pleasant experience for all employees

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience with space planning and facilities oversight
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies
  • Ability to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Adhere to confidentiality practices
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Must meet FINRA Background Screening Requirements
