Business Execution Associate

• Process SCRA benefits proactively to eligible loans in order to provide a consistent response for identified military service customers
• Complete transactions in the System of Record (SOR) and send notification letters to service members
• Drive quality initiatives including training, process improvement & design, complex analysis, change implementation
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the operations processes and work closely with the operation leaders to drive quality and compliance
• Drive business results through increased efficiency and quality while managing risk
• Drive quality monthly cadence reporting and proactively report issues to the leadership on risks and quality

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Skills – Ability to exceed the target, Capability to work under pressure, Understand the other LOB and Quick learner
• Additional knowledge on applications like SMIS, FDR, ICMP, IRRIS, FDR Adjustments, iTop, CARS, Hogan and XPM Application Portal
