Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to support both our Regulatory Support and Contract Management teams in Merchant Services. This role involves participating in planning and executing various programs, services, and initiatives while monitoring key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives
Monitor key indicators for effective performance and control management
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements
Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Create, manage, and/or update custom legal agreements and manual pricing terms
Evaluate and confirm merchants' tax status and tax forms
Review and update merchants' tax and hierarchy set-up within systems
Execute and document key processes/controls in operations

Requirements:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Nice to have:

1 year or more experience in Merchant Services
Experience in merchant tax or regulatory programs
Experience writing, editing, updating contracts or other legal documents
Knowledge and understanding of financial controls and risk
Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
