Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in Merchant Services. This role involves participating in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives while monitoring key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
  • Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Ensure quality and efficiency in execution of owned controls
  • Work independently to review new & existing errors and dispositions
  • Review and disposition new errors
  • Continue to review errors pending resolution (backlog)
  • Ensure the backlog is continuously updated with new status/updates on errors
  • Continuously seek improvement and efficiency opportunities
  • Partner with Data Analytics team on complicated errors
  • Escalate data anomalies, submit incident tickets, as needed
  • Ongoing learning about Hogan and Merchant Services systems and data

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with control execution and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate risks and to communicate relevant risk to the business in a simple, decisive, timely manner
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML programs including KYC, CDD, EDD, CIP and / or other related risk and regulatory disciplines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with control execution and reporting
