Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate for the Corporate Investment Banking Markets team in India that will assist the onshore Markets team with their requirements including Sales/Trading transaction support, Regulatory Reporting, Financials, Metrics, Issues Management and Expense Initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Assist the onshore Markets team with requirements including Sales/Trading transaction support, Regulatory Reporting, Financials, Metrics, Issues Management and Expense Initiatives
Perform end-to-end processes including Operational / Business Effectiveness
Perform Risk and Control/Governance Reporting
Perform Other Business Activities – creating and updating ad hoc reports which can include SharePoint Governance, Development & Maintenance & Other ad-hoc business requests
Consult with CIB Markets counterparties to define requirements
Construct presentations to communicate strategic findings/ recommendation to internal customers
Utilize data to derive business knowledge, make decisions, and track results
Requirements:
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manipulate large sets of data (BI Tools, Pivot Tables, Macros)
Data gathering, analysis and presentation
Problem-solving skills
Business acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to integrate data/financial analysis into streamlined presentations
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Nice to have:
Hands on experience on Alteryx and Power BI
Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking
