Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate on the Legal In-Take and Workflow team to coordinate Legal Department operations and support engagement with Enterprise Functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate Legal Department operations to support engagement with Enterprise Functions
  • Execute programs, projects and business-specific processes to achieve operational objectives
  • Perform business processes with an emphasis on operations administration
  • Enhance efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness of operations
  • Provide subject matter expertise and procedural guidance to key business partners
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures and policies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and define requirements for automation tools
  • Support a range of business functions across multiple groups and lines of business
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with legal case management systems or workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience managing intake queues and triaging requests with accuracy and urgency
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
  • Understanding of legal terminology and confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
