Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in Consumer Lending as part of WF Auto to support the Auto Product Development and Innovation Team. As a Business Execution Associate you will provide Business Configuration & Rules Management support for an application modernization project. Day to day tasks may include gathering requirements to conduct analysis, design and validate of system configuration. In addition, a candidate can expect to prepare required documentation and procedures from technical language to plain business language and vice versa.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in planning and executing programs, services, and initiatives
Monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements
Conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Perform configuration and design within business applications
Become a subject matter expert in configuration support functions
Exercise independent judgement while developing understanding of policies and procedures
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Write technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders
Lead and schedule meetings to develop shared understanding with stakeholders

Requirements:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Nice to have:

Knowledge and understanding of technology server: system administration/configuration
Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
Basic understanding and knowledge of Jira
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge and understanding of project implementation
Financial services or banking industry experience
Proficiency acting as a liaison between technical design staff and business requester
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Proficiency leading the requirements process with both technical and business partners
Familiarity translating business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests
Strong analytical skills and ability to solution for complex technical problems
Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
Experience fostering relationships with business units
Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
Demonstrates initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge and understanding of auto finance applications
Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
