Job Description:

Detail-oriented and analytically driven professional role overseeing consultants responsible for producing clear, comprehensive, and well-documented customer risk summaries for high-risk clients in Corporate and Investment Banking. Critical role in supporting regulatory compliance initiatives and mitigating financial crime risk.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a team in transactional tasks and processes
Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations
Identify Business Execution opportunities and provide guidance on strategies
Mitigate risk development within operations
Make day to day supervisory decisions and resolve issues
Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Business Execution colleagues
Interact directly with external parties
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Mentor and guide talent development

Requirements:

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
1+ years leadership experience
2+ years of risk mitigation experience
1+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring

Nice to have:

Experience in Anti-Money Laundering / Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA)
Experience performing customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence analysis
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking
Experience with financial transaction analysis
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Certification
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Lexis Nexis, Bankers Almanac, Worldcheck
Experience driving deliverables and troubleshooting issues
Experience taking charge and removing obstacles
