Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate for Regulatory Reporting to process SCRA benefits for eligible loans, complete system transactions, drive quality initiatives, identify operational risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Process SCRA benefits proactively to eligible loans
Complete transactions in the System of Record and send notification letters to service members
Drive quality initiatives including training, process improvement & design, complex analysis, change implementation
Proactively identify risks and opportunities in operations processes
Drive business results through increased efficiency and quality while managing risk
Drive quality monthly cadence reporting and proactively report issues to leadership

Requirements:

6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
Process SCRA benefits proactively to eligible loans
Complete transactions in the System of Record (SOR)
Drive quality initiatives including training, process improvement & design, complex analysis, change implementation
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in operations processes
Drive quality monthly cadence reporting
5+ years of experience in loan operations, SCRA Act
Process expertise for multiple business groups
Ability to collaborate with team members and leaders overseas
Ability to take calls/attend meetings during evening hours
Extensive knowledge and understanding of processes and tools
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of business processes analysis and enhancing operations
