Job Description:

The CBNA and US Entities Treasury Management team oversees liquidity, capital, and balance sheet management for U.S. entities; the role involves governance routines, regulatory oversight, project management, and maintaining compliance frameworks

Job Responsibility:

Support the Business Execution & Governance Lead in establishing, enhancing, and implementing robust governance routines
oversee and enhance governance of controls within the team’s processes
actively participate in the development and implementation of Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) initiatives
monitor and track progress against key governance metrics and RRP milestones
prepare and present reports on governance effectiveness and RRP readiness
support the Business Execution & Governance Lead in performing Chief of Staff responsibilities for the Citibank N.A. (CBNA) Treasurer
design, develop, and deliver high-quality presentation materials for committees, regulators, Board, and senior management
build relationships across key partner organizations to help drive strategic agenda

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4-6 years of experience in finance
at least 2 years of project management experience engaging with various stakeholders, including executive leadership
at least 2 years of Citi organization preferred
data analytic skills preferred
Tableau is a plus
demonstrated understanding of Controls, Resolution and Recovery Planning (RRP) concepts and regulatory expectations (e.g., Reg W, 12 CFR Part 1, etc.)
