Business Execution Analyst

• responsible for multiple aspects of TTS business for the cluster
• development and implementation of TTS business initiatives
• identifies key stakeholders to build and manage relationships with each one of them
• directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manage their alignment to business goals
• drives adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project
• develop recommendation to advise Head Business Execution and Asia South TTS senior management on high priority initiatives, including growth strategy, and cross business initiatives.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• demonstrated a consistent track record having worked as project lead managing cross-functional projects
• understanding of Cash Management / Trade and Working capital business is advantageous
• experience working in a matrix organization set up and manage objectives by influence
• self-starter, action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
• strategic and goal-oriented thinker
• effective interpersonal skills – including teamwork and organizational skills
• detail oriented, ability to multi-task.
