About the Post: Provide high-quality consultancy to all relevant stakeholders, particularly external organisations. Play a key role in increasing employer engagement and commercial opportunities for students and the university. To form extremely strong relationships internally and externally, to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Initiate and manage a programme of Student Impact Projects (SiPS), find external organisations or businesses with suitable projects, secure academic and student recruitment and oversee the projects to completion. Proactively build impactful relationships and partnerships with a wide variety of external organisations aligned to university strategies. Promote and develop the University’s services offered by the Business Solutions Centre, including CPD. Contribute to the design, implementation, and continual evaluation of clear and easy processes for the management of business engagement and commercial partnerships. Provide effective and high-quality customer service at all times to establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, establishing us as a university of choice for employer partners. Design, facilitate and evaluate appropriate content to promote university opportunities to employers.

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of managing projects and/or events
Up to date knowledge of key government policies and statutory returns relevant to careers, employability, and enterprise
Effective communication, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation skill with ability to priorities workload and manage multiple and competing priorities
Analytical skills to support continual service analysis and evaluation
Confident presentation skills with ability to adapt depending on delivery mode, type of attendees and numbers
Able to make decisions confidently and informed by evidence
