Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Business Enabler to join our Corporate Services team. This newly created role is central to our ambition to provide strategic, responsive and high-quality business support to the arts sector in Wales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with funded organisations, acting as a business partner to help strengthen their resilience, sustainability and impact
  • Work independently and collaborate with colleagues across the Arts Council, particularly in the Arts and Research teams, to identify needs and deliver tailored support
  • Design training
  • Facilitate and deliver workshops
  • Assess and monitor grant applications for support
  • Use skills across a broad spectrum of business disciplines, including finance, governance, HR, income generation, climate justice and fundraising

  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in business partnering or providing independent operational support to organisations
  • Confident navigating complex challenges and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across disciplines and adapting to emerging needs

  • Welsh language skills are essential
