This role sits at the heart of the organisation — enabling the business owner to operate with clarity, focus, and speed. You will be the connective force across the leadership team, ensuring priorities land, communication flows, and day-to-day operations run smoothly in a growing, fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with the business owner, leadership team, and multiple departments to turn strategy into action, remove operational friction, and create the structure that allows the business to scale without chaos.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the owner’s trusted partner, coordinating priorities, meetings, and cross-departmental workflows
Translate strategic goals into clear actions, timelines, and accountability
Maintain strong information flow across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Drive follow-ups and ensure decisions turn into execution
Spot gaps, remove blockers, and bring structure to multi-team projects
Help implement tools, dashboards, routines, and reporting that support scalable growth
Ensure processes run efficiently across functions
Collaborate with Finance to keep the owner updated on performance, forecasts, and key metrics
Track project/client profitability and flag risks early
Support board packs, reviews, renewals, and commercial rhythms
Partner with HR and leaders to strengthen communication, alignment, and team engagement
Support leadership briefings and internal updates
Coordinate marketing activities tied to the owner’s personal brand and thought leadership
Support events, PR opportunities, client communications, and presentations
Requirements:
Experience in senior business support, operations, or executive-level coordination roles
Proven ability to work closely with founders/C-suite in fast-moving environments
Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and cross-functional coordination ability
Proactive, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
Bonus: experience in scale-ups/SMEs, exposure to board reporting, and familiarity with CRM, PM, or automation tools
