We're looking for a Business Director who's key objective will be the successful delivery of account development, commercial performance and retention of key clients, while supporting leadership of the client services department. Key results will being client retention (increase in average contract value & client NPS), client growth (hitting annual account growth target), & team pride in our work (NPS of US team members)

Requirements:
7+ years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
looking to own and drive the quality of the output on an account and have a good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
strong understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services, and have helped to develop this in others
experience in the commercial running of account work
proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
passionate about improving client experience and love the relationship development needed to do this
ideally, experience working with global brands, even better in FMCG
