Major Players are partnering with an award-winning creative and design agency, who work with some of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands, to hire a Business Director/Client Partner on a 12 month contract. This is a chance to lead a talented team during an exciting period of growth, working at the very top of the media and sports landscape. This is a high-impact, pivotal position and requires a heavy hitter in the TV, media, and entertainment sectors who can seamlessly take the reins of the agency’s most prestigious accounts, drive high-level strategy, and unlock new commercial opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and nurture high-level client relationships across major TV, entertainment, and sport accounts
Oversee brand positioning and identity projects, working closely with strategists to deliver future-proof solutions for global broadcasters and streamers
Direct the development of large-scale integrated promotional campaigns and content
Maintain a sharp commercial focus, managing budgeting, forecasting, SOWs, and revenue reporting to ensure the financial health of your accounts
Identify and convert new opportunities through your industry network, proactive outreach, and by leading high-stakes pitches
Represent the agency externally at industry events, conferences, and senior client forums
Serve as a senior role model for the account management team, setting the gold standard for client servicing, strategic thinking, and commercial rigor
Requirements:
A deep background in TV, media, entertainment, or streaming is essential
Senior experience in a creative/advertising agency as well as working directly within a broadcaster
Proven experience in brand identity, integrated campaigns, and high-level brand consultancy
The ability to create and deliver highly convincing proposals
