Job Description

Shape Strategy. Lead National Growth. Influence at Executive Level. This is a rare opportunity to step into one of the most influential operational leadership roles within a nationally recognised business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Director will lead a £90M+ national portfolio, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and strategic growth across multiple UK client accounts. You will operate as the number two leader within the division setting direction, leading senior teams and shaping the future of the business.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large, complex national or multi-site operations
  • Full senior-level P&L accountability
  • Experience managing through senior leaders or Account Directors
  • Strong commercial, strategic and financial acumen
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • The ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
  • A track record of driving performance, engagement and growth
  • A full UK driving licence
