We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our client's Customer Solutions Center as a Business Direct Banker. In this role, you will support business banking clients by handling inbound inquiries, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance their banking experience. This position blends service and sales, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business clients, delivering timely and accurate support
  • Handle inbound calls related to accounts, transactions, and banking services
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and solutions
  • Promote and refer deposit, lending, and digital banking services when appropriate
  • Work toward first-call resolution by using available tools and resources effectively
  • Assist other teams and departments during peak volumes or special projects
  • Maintain knowledge of business banking products, systems, and procedures
  • Ensure all interactions align with compliance, regulatory, and risk standards
  • Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
  • Partner with team members and leadership to support training and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center or banking preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
