The Customer Solutions Center (CSC) Business Direct Banker 1 provided “Simply the Best” service to business banking customers through inbound support and consultative conversations. This role resolved inquiries, identified product referral opportunities, and supported overflow needs across Lines of Business (LOBs). Business Direct Bankers worked independently and collaboratively to meet CSC performance goals while delivering a seamless and professional experience tailored to business clients.
Job Responsibility:
Delivered exceptional service to business banking customers by resolving inquiries and providing tailored financial solutions
Profiled customers to identify needs and facilitated Service-to-Sales conversations, recommending appropriate Huntington products and services
Cross-sold deposit, lending, and digital products while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
Anticipated customer needs and ensured first contact resolution using available tools and resources
Maintained up-to-date knowledge of Huntington’s business banking products, services, procedures, and technology platforms
Provided overflow support to other CSC specialty teams and LOBs during high-volume periods or strategic initiatives
Collaborated with CSC Development Coordinators and Experience team members to share insights and support training efforts
Upheld Huntington’s core values and managed reputational risk by complying with all risk and compliance standards
Met and exceeded individual and team goals related to availability, customer satisfaction, sales, and quality
Performed other duties as assigned to support CSC strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide collaboration
Requirements:
Completed High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated at least 1 year of customer service experience
Nice to have:

Supported business banking customers and demonstrated familiarity with business products and services
Worked independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Managed multiple tasks and assisted multiple customers simultaneously
