We are seeking a Business & Digital Employer Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to the Employer & Student Engagement Manager, helping to deliver T Level industry placements and a range of work-based learning opportunities across the Business, Digital and Accounting area. You will coordinate employer and learner communications, maintain accurate records and data, support compliance and reporting requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure placements and engagement activities run smoothly. Job Responsibility
Coordinate T Level industry placements and work-based learning opportunities across Business, Digital and Accounting area
Coordinate employer and learner communications
Maintain accurate records and data
Support compliance and reporting requirements
Work closely with internal teams to ensure placements and engagement activities run smoothly
Provide administrative support for coordination of T Level placements and work-related activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reviews and databases for learners, employers, and departmental activities
Support development and maintenance of employer engagement records on CRM platforms
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Support promotional activities and communications related to T Level and other programmes
Assist in collection, monitoring, analysis, preparation, and presentation of performance data
Assist in coordinating departmental projects, employer engagement activities, and industry-related events
Requirements
Minimum 12 months experience of working in a busy administrative environment
Minimum 12 months experience within a customer service role
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel to an intermediate level
NVQ 3 (or equivalent) in Customer Service or Administration
