Job Responsibility:
Market Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand and grow across multiple markets (Japan, Web3/Blockchain, English-speaking regions)
Client Acquisition: Oversee lead generation activities to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical, delivery, and project management teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements
Reporting: Monitor team performance, analyze data, and report insights to senior management
Team Management (if applicable): Lead and manage the Business Development team, set goals, track performance, and provide training to achieve results
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in Business Development or similar roles in technology/software industries
Preferably with experience in team leadership or management
Strong understanding of IT Outsourcing services and software project implementation processes
Knowledge of Blockchain/Web3 is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Japanese or Korean is a significant advantage)
Strategic thinking and deep understanding of target markets
Leadership and team management capabilities
Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with enterprise clients or managing strategic partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Blockchain/Web3 is a plus
Japanese or Korean language skills
