Our Commercial Team is looking for a Business Development Team Lead (f/m/d), to lead and develop our BDR team in London. This is a pivotal role within Moss’ commercial organisation, where you’ll directly influence revenue growth by coaching and empowering a high-performing team at the front line of our sales motion. You’ll take ownership of an established team, shaping best-in-class outbound practices while developing the next generation of sales talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Management & Skill Development - Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, directing, mentoring and providing support to foster a collaborative ‘team first’ environment
  • Through commitment to L&D, develop growth plans with each team member and provide regular feedback to improve their skill set and productivity
  • Strategy Implementation - Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring their learnings into new customer acquisition strategies that effectively translate into acquired revenue
  • Data Driven Insights - Monitor and analyse key metrics, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve the teams’ efficiencies, communicating them in an effective manner
  • Develop and implement suitable, data-driven methods that enable the rapid growth of leads through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Customer Focused - Foster an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle by instilling a high level of customer orientation, advisory skills, and perseverance within the team
