Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the OEM, Automobile, and Telematics space. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record in strategic B2B sales.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop business opportunities with automotive OEMs and enterprise clients
  • Lead sales efforts for telematics and IoT products including GPS devices, vehicle tracking systems, and connected car solutions
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with OEMs, fleet owners, and automotive partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) to deliver customized client solutions
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Manage complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the OEM/automotive or telematics sector
  • In-depth understanding of telematics, IoT solutions, GPS tracking, and connected vehicle technologies
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and execute strategic partnerships
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers or vehicle OEMs
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Technical familiarity with CAN-based systems, GPS modules, or vehicle diagnostics is a plus
