We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead our business development initiatives in the OEM, Automobile, and Telematics space. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong client network, and a proven track record in strategic B2B sales.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and develop business opportunities with automotive OEMs and enterprise clients
Lead sales efforts for telematics and IoT products including GPS devices, vehicle tracking systems, and connected car solutions
Build long-term strategic relationships with OEMs, fleet owners, and automotive partners
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Support) to deliver customized client solutions
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
Manage complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Meet revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the OEM/automotive or telematics sector
In-depth understanding of telematics, IoT solutions, GPS tracking, and connected vehicle technologies
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and execute strategic partnerships
Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development
Nice to have:
Prior experience working with Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive suppliers or vehicle OEMs
Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
Technical familiarity with CAN-based systems, GPS modules, or vehicle diagnostics is a plus
