We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing, and pure Business Development Specialist-a true 'Hunter'-to spearhead new client acquisition for our rapidly growing Industrial recruitment division in Parramatta/ Hurstville. This is a pivotal, newly created role designed to inject new energy into our client portfolio. It reports directly to the Head of Business Development, ensuring a clear focus and dedicated strategic support for your success.
Job Responsibility:
Spearhead new client acquisition for industrial recruitment division
Secure new business within the NSW industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, Transport)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
Provide strategic market insights and analyze client and market data
Map competitive landscape and stay informed on industry trends
Record prospect interactions and lead data in CRM system
Partner with local service teams to transition accounts after conversion
Travel across industrial branches and attend networking events
Requirements:
Experience in pure sales and phone-based engagement
Proven skills in building a client portfolio from a zero base
Strong network within the industrial sector (logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing) is a major advantage
Experience with an offshore support model is a fantastic advantage
Recruitment experience is helpful but not required

Uncapped commission structure
10% commission on GP over $6,000 threshold for first 12 months of converted account
5% commission on GP over threshold for subsequent 6 months
