We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth. You will have the chance to work with Fortune 500 companies, travel internationally, and further develop an international career.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for building a portfolio of new clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals
Attend trade shows and conferences to generate new leads
Identify, prepare, and present pitches and RFP responses
Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth
Maintain innovative company culture and represent Transiris in a professional manner
Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas and personal targets
Requirements:
3 years’ experience in B2B sales
international experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field etc.
Relevant experience in Marketing, Communication, IT is definitely a plus
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite
Self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented
Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable
Solid verbal and written English proficiency

Interested in about 25% traveling throughout Europe and North America (as needed)
