We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our partner company! Our partner operates in the on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, delivering technology-driven manufacturing solutions to a diverse global customer base across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic customers and developing long-term revenue opportunities within assigned sectors or regions. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver customized, high-quality manufacturing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and execute new sales opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
Acquire new strategic customers and expand business with existing accounts
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
Conduct client meetings and deliver solution-oriented, customized presentations
Collaborate with marketing teams on customer acquisition and lead-generation initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, pricing, operations) to ensure project success
Support quotation, pricing, and contract processes
Track pipeline, opportunities, and sales activities through CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Provide structured customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement
Represent the company in line with its commercial strategy and values
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
