We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to develop new customer relationships and expand the presence in one of our fastest-growing regions. This is a pure hunting role focused on building new relationships and solving storage needs for customers. You’ll work closely with a supportive Regional Manager and operational team, using a modern CRM (HubSpot) and a proven territory strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business within a defined territory
  • Sell storage trailers, dry vans, containers, and cartage solutions
  • Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and applications
  • Build relationships with warehouse managers, logistics leaders, and procurement teams
  • Manage pipeline, activities, and forecasting in HubSpot
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with clients (Top 10 every 30 days
  • Top 25 every 90 days)
  • Achieve 100+ new units on rent in Year 1

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of sales experience
  • A strong relationship-builder
  • Comfortable with customers / confident communicator
  • Hungry, driven, and persistent — doesn’t take no for an answer
  • Organized and consistent with territory planning
  • Able to succeed in a longer sales cycle environment
