We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to join our dynamic Sales team in Milan. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Team Lead, focusing on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth across the region. Job Responsibility:
Contacting prospective clients through cold and warm calls
Generating leads and pursuing opportunities to acquire new clients, while also supporting the management of existing accounts
Building and managing your own portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities for expansion within your accounts
Promoting K2's full suite of services, with an emphasis on Consulting Services
Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Working flexibly, either in a 360° business development capacity or collaborating with internal teams to address clients' staffing needs
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales with a major focus on business development, ideally within the technology or consulting sector
Previous experience in IT consultancy is essential for senior candidates and highly preferred for junior profiles
Comfortable with B2B outreach and phone-based client engagement
Genuine interest in technology and digital innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
