The Senior Business Development Executive is a hunter role focused on acquiring new customers through outbound prospecting and converting them into paying clients. You “eat what you kill”: from identifying prospects to closing contracts, you own the full sales cycle. This role is KPI-driven, requiring persistence in outreach, rigor in pipeline building, and effectiveness in converting opportunities into revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Market Development & Targeting: Research and segment the assigned market (APAC/MENA or Germany/Europe) to identify high-potential accounts
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and prioritize key decision-makers for outreach
Spot and act on client signals (fundraising, expansion, tech upgrade needs, leadership changes)
Build and maintain a working knowledge of competitor landscape and market trends to sharpen positioning
