In this role, you will drive commercial growth by identifying new client opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships to deliver comprehensive corporate learning solutions.
Job Responsibility
Identify and secure new corporate partnerships to achieve business growth objectives
Nurture corporate client accounts to encourage long-term collaboration and business retention
Consult with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and organisational development challenges
Design and present tailored commercial proposals that align with client requirements
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and high satisfaction levels
Requirements
Proven experience in consultative sales techniques, commercial negotiations, and pipeline management
Strong communication and presentation competencies suitable for corporate stakeholder engagement
3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, account management, or consulting, preferably within the Learning & Development, HR, or professional services industry
