This role exists to drive commercial growth and strategic execution across Unilever’s Out of Home (OOH) business. You will turn insight into commercial innovation, accelerate sustainable category growth and ensure operational excellence that enables our brands to thrive across multiple OOH channels. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will help shape how our brands show up across HoReCa, leisure, catering, sport, on‑the‑go and non‑food retail - delivering impact that matters for customers, consumers, and the Unilever business.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and prioritise new commercial opportunities within OOH for the Foods and Lipton categories
Develop data‑driven growth strategies for key segments, channels and customer groups
Shape, test and scale commercial pilot concepts, including building new route‑to‑market models
Build strong business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Co‑lead and structure strategic cross‑functional processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Create compelling customer presentations and internal trade stories that support decision‑making
Lead impactful business projects, including OOH fairs, events and major commercial activations
Implement commercial tools, structures and ways of working that strengthen field team effectiveness
Translate marketing, channel and category strategies into clear activation plans for sales execution
Contribute to tracking and delivery of commercial targets across the OOH business
Act as a strategic connector between Field, Key Accounts, Channel Marketing, Category and Marketing
(Optional, based on profile) Manage a small but strategic OOH customer portfolio or support KAMs with strategic themes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent working experience
Proven experience in stakeholder and project management
Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to convert insights into commercial growth
Experience in FMCG, Out of Home or a similar commercial environment (pre)
Strong analytical skills combined with creativity and commercial understanding
Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
Fluency in Dutch
Nice to have:
Experience in category management, trade marketing or channel development
Experience in customer‑facing roles (Field Sales, KAM, consultancy)
Experience in commercial transformation or process optimisation
